Where can you ship orders?
All orders ship via FedEx or USPS First Class Mail to anywhere within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally, however orders from Hawaii or Alaska will be accommodated if made by phone.
What do I do if I want to pick up my order from your Laguna Beach store?
If you would like to pickup your order from our Laguna Beach store, enter the discount code PICKUP during the checkout process to waive your shipping costs.
How long will orders take to arrive?
The time it takes to get an order to a customer is largely dependent on the scope of the order. However, we try to print and process orders within 1-3 days. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days depending on your proximity to our shop.
Where can I check my tracking information once my package has shipped?
We will email you your tracking information once we ship your package. Another way to check is by going to your Account page and clicking on the Order # that pertains to the order you’re interested in.
How do I change my shipping address for an order?

What happens if my print is damaged while it’s being shipped?

What kind of canvas do you use?
Epson Exhibition Canvas (Satin) is an acid free, lignin free heavyweight cotton-poly blend. This elegantly textured canvas features a semi-gloss satin surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax and wide color gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking. GSM: 430. Thickness: 23 mil.
What kind of watercolor paper do you use?
Somerset Velvet, a fine art and smooth texture watercolor paper, is the first choice among serious artists and printmakers. Not only is the paper acid free to preserve fine art and photos, but it is also 100% cotton rag for long term durability. Its velvet surface provides rich details and accurate reproduction through a radiant white surface for vivid color reproduction and rich blacks for prints with exceptional contrast. GSM: 255. Thickness: 19 mil.
How long do your prints last?
At least 50 years. We use the highest quality canvas and ink so you’ve got nothing to worry about!
I need a print in a size that’s missing from your website, what do I do?

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my full-sized print?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund once we’ve printed the full-sized print.
